Total pay also refers to the total value that a
firm provides to its personnel. For examples, this might include
monetary-valued employment benefits as well as employer-provided benefits.
Benefits such as vacation time, holiday pay, health insurance, dental plans,
insurance, and free education schemes are all part of an owner's complete
compensation. Some companies utilize total pay to emphasize the importance of
their jobs to their employees. Whereas overall compensation may differ from one
firm to another, most companies prefer to concentrate on four main components.
Compensation reward is overall compensation refers to all
financial payments made to an employee. As an outcome, they start to see their
value offer as extending much further into the past rather than being limited
to a specific time period

Total compensation includes the base salary, but it also includes the value of any benefits received in addition to your salary. Some of the benefits that are most commonly provided within a total compensation package include: Bonuses. Commissions.
